Obituary of Lila Thompson

THOMPSON, Lila (nee Wilson) Peacefully, at the Hamilton General Hospital, on Monday, November 23, 2015 in her 93rd year. Cherished mother of Cliff, Jeanie (John) and Barb (the late Dennis) and mother-in-law of Irene. Beloved grandmother of Philip, Laurie (John), Sarah (John), Rebecca (Scott) and great-grandmother of Kyrstin, Avery, Natalie, Lauren, Evan, Liam, Kennedy and Lincoln. Dear sister of Pat, Marie, the late Jessica, the late Cliff. Lila was a proud parishioner of Incarnation Parish. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, November 26, 2015 from 12 noon until the time of Memorial Service at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Queenslawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Incarnation Parish would be greatly appreciated.
