Obituary of Theresa Dren

DREN, Theresa “Gramee” (nee Ciglar) Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Bella LTC in Chippawa at 86 years of age. She will be sadly missed by her children Dianne McCrady (Bruce), James Dren and Karl Dren (Linda). Cherished Gramee to Jeff (Anita), Kris (Liz), Tyler, Kyle, Cassandra and Alana. Great-Gramee to Noah. Theresa is a twin with sister Anne Begg (Teta Nuna) of Pennsylvania and loving sister Zora Vindischman of Windsor, ON. She leaves behind many family and friends. Theresa was born in Prvinci, Croatia and married to the man of her dreams the late Max Dren for 64 years. They will now be reunited for many years to come. Many, many thanks to all the staff at Bella LTC in Chippawa. Your love, support and care was greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Jackie, Brandy and Brenda, however you were all amazing! Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, June 15, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Catholic Church, 1883 King Street East, Hamilton on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 9 a.m. Interment to follow at our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
