Obituary of Julia Ann Collins

COLLINS, Julia Ann It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Julia Ann Collins on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the Juravinski Hospital. She is now united with her beloved husband Douglas H. Collins (2012). Julia was born in Spaniard’s Bay, Newfoundland on September 24, 1919. She will be remembered as a hard worker with a kind heart and giving soul who will be dearly missed. Devoted Mom to her children Blanche (John) Robertson, Doug (Sue) Collins and Henry (Nina) Collins. Treasured Grandma to Jennifer (Wade) Speck, Julie (Ken) Phillips, Laura (Andy) Brintnell, Scott, Eric (Megan), Kathleen and Krista. Loving Great Grandma to Sam, Abby, Levi, Lily, Daphne and Hazen. Special thanks for all the care and compassion of staff and friends at Westmount Terrace. A Celebration of Life will take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Andrew Street, St.George. Memorial donations gratefully accepted to Holy Trinity Church.
