VANDENBERG, John Cornelius Dear husband, father and grandfather passed away on October 3, 2015 at home in Binbrook at the age of 70 years. John was surrounded by his family as he slipped into glory. John is survived by his wife Joanne of 48 years, children, Jacqueline Lund (Joe) of Etobicoke, Brian (Grace) of Mississauga and Eric (Philomena) of Santa Clara, California, survived by two grandchildren Calder and Jacob. We loved him dearly and are grateful for the loving care our dad received from the staff at CCAC and the VON. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Binbrook Baptist Church in Binbrook.
