Obituary of Margaret Rose Doherty

DOHERTY, Margaret Rose (Peggy) It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Margaret at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Saturday, February 6, 2010 in her 96th year. Loving wife of the late William John Doherty. Beloved mother of Georgia (Jim) Werthmiller, Jane (Arend deceased) Kamping and Judy Doherty. Much loved grandmother of Cathlyn (Mike) Jugloff and Jamison and Chantal. Loved great-grandmother of Alexander and Allyson. Margaret was a long time member of Ryerson United Church. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at Ryerson United Church, 842 Main St. E., Hamilton on Sunday, February 14 from 1 p.m. until the time of a service celebrating her life at 2 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Ryerson UCW or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
