Obituary of Antonio (Tony) DiPietro

DIPIETRO, Antonio It is with deep regret that we announce the sudden passing of Tony, at the Hamilton General Hospital on Sunday, December 4, 2011 in his 73rd year. Beloved partner to Marie Granic for 15 years. He will be greatly missed by his family in Italy and his family and friends here, especially Valerie (Jason) Brohman, Tina Granic, Frank Granic (Tammy), Luke, Lauren Brohman, Angie Dan, Grace Harrington, Joseph, Terezia Yeric. Special thanks to the doctors and their team at the Hamilton General Hospital H.I.U. for all their care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Ave Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.
