Obituary of Helen Tluczek

Peacefully, at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, April 13, 2015, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late John Tluczek for 62 years. Loving mother of Paul, the late Janice, John, the late Connie and David. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Colin, Nicholas and Sam. A private family funeral service and interment have taken place.
