Obituary of Jacqueline Ames

Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Max. Loved mother of Rose Norman (the late Bill), Kathy MacLean (Robert), Josephine MacLean (John), Tony Evers (Denise), the late Gerrie Burnett, Michael Evers (Kathy), Joseph Evers, the late Jimmy Evers. Will be greatly missed by her 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Survived by her nephews Ton and Rene in Europe. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. In Jacqueline’s memory, donations to the Cancer Society or St. Joseph’s Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
