Obituary of Ronald Alexander Joseph Guitard

Passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in his 75th year. Loving father of Ronald Guitard and his wife Charlene, Beverly and her husband Alex Balog, Michael Guitard and his wife Deb, Tracy Guitard (Darren Frerman). Cherished grandfather of Gary, Natasha, Justyne, Dean, Bradlee, Amanda, Nikki, Ally, step-grandfather of Andrew and Taylor, and great-grandfather of Emily, Masen, Chase and Mayci. Dear brother of Jackie and Lionel Gagnon, Jerry Guitard, Albine Jr. Guitard, Geraldine and Fred Weis, Lawrence and Betty Guitard, Bernie and Christine Guitard. Predeceased by his parents Albine and Christine Guitard, sisters Maxine Guitard, Gorgina Guitard and brother Wallace Guitard. Will be missed by his extended family and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at St. Joseph’s Hospital in the ICU for all of their care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow.
