Obituary of Stewart Malcolm Rhodes Sr.

At the Hamilton General Hospital on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Betty (Crowther) for 62 years. Loving father of Malcolm (Rhea) of Alberta and Greg (Marisa) of Stoney Creek. Grandad of Stewart, William and Nicholas and great-grandad of Ryder and Joshua. Brother of John (Jill), Angela and David, all of England. Brother-in-law of Mollie (Eric), Wendy, Shirley, all of England, Helen and Rosemary of Hamilton. Stewart was a Past Master of Wentworth Lodge, A.F and A.M., Past Superintendent of Royal Arch Masons St. John’s Chapter, member of Scottish Rite and Knights Templar, and Past Patron of Historic Chapter #194 O.E.S. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Tapleytown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA would be greatly appreciated.
