On behalf of the family, we thank you all for your kind words, condolences and prayers during this very difficult time. Graham, you fought this very difficult battle in the manner in which you wished. You called the shots right to the end. We are all so grateful to have been able to tell you how loved you are and how our lives were better for your being in it. Love you so much my dear brother...you are so missed.
