Obituary of Carl Dunk

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Thursday, November 13, 2014 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of the late Beth. Loved father of Greg, his wife Sylvia, and Laura Oliver. Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Anita, Cam and Dilli. Carl graduated from the University of Toronto in 1959 with a Bachelor of Economics and had worked at Stelco in the purchasing department for 42 years. Special thanks to 7th floor nephrology and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital for all of their care. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
