It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Ernie on Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Helen. Dear father of Linda Scott (the late Stan), Cathy Pollock-Grieve (Stewart), and Robert. Loving grandfather of Gord, Jason (Wendy), Cheri (Sean), Lori (Arron), Stephanie, and great grandfather of Hailey, Tyler, Rylee, Tyler, Breanna, Georgia and Xander. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
