Obituary of Roy Cecil Davis

DAVIS, Roy Cecil On Wednesday, December 9, Roy left us to join Mary (May09), his beloved wife of 62 years. Much loved father of Ted (Denise), Jamie (Laurie), Janice Tompkins (Tony) and Andrea Zdriluk (Glenn). Cherished “Papa” to 9 grandkids, Erika(Jay), Darrell, Brian (Marie), Kyle, Courtney, Mathew, Ben, Brittney, and Bradly. Great-Papa to Ella, Taylor and Hannah. Roy is survived by his sisters Rita, Erma, Betty, Bernice, Dorothy, Joyce and brothers, Harold, Ross and Raymond. Pre-deceased by sister Nettie and brother Harry. Roy (Farmer) was a retired long-time employee of Stelco Hilton Works. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, December 12th at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
