It is with deepest sadness that the Miller family extends our condolences to the Pelkey family at the passing and promotion to glory of Paul. John so enjoyed his years of service beside Paul and the friend ship they shared. They shared a love of the old hymns and loved to sing and talk of that better land. Paul used to sing a song that is fitting of his passing It goes like this. Where the sun never sets, and the leaves they never fade. Where the righteous shall ever shine like the sun, in that beautiful city of God. You are there now my friend. you have finished the course faithful one. Enjoy your rest until we meet again. The Millers.

Dearest Pelkey Family, Our hearts and minds are overflowing with wonderful memories of Bro Pelkey. Backyard BBQ's, celebrating our anniversaries together at the Old Country Inn, dusting off his newest Mercury, telling us stories about his family and people in New Brunswick he was sure we knew. He loved his family, he loved life, but most of all he loved the Lord. Many of the songs he loved were descriptions of heaven, now he is seeing that "Beautiful City of Gold" first hand. I can hear him now "Isn't it just bea-u-ti-ful." Our prayers are with Sis Pelkey, Marsha & Joyce and families. Thanks for sharing Papa Pelkey with our family. We love all of you, wish we could be there with you but know we are there in spirit with you. Love, Eugene and Barb

Leon and I extend our condolences to both the immediate and extended family. Paul was just a wonderful friend to Leon and I. He was very consistent in all areas of his life and genuinely cared for people. He was a role model that we looked up to as a founder in the church body in Hamilton, Ontario. We will miss him and the many calls he made simply to chat and check up on us. God knows best and although its hard to say Good Bye his faith and hope in the Lord left prints on many lives.

Our hearts were saddened by the news of Bro. Paul Pekley's passing, and at the same time rejoicing, because of knowing that he has entered into the place that he sang about so often when leading song service. Our hearts were saddened for his family and also glad for the many precious memories that he has left with you all Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May the comfort of the Lord Jesus be very near to each of you.

So so sorry for the loss of this great man. I remember so well his song leading - so many of them about heaven. And he was always there, always faithful, always friendly, always a Christian. He will be greatly missed and you are all in my prayers. As for Brother Pelkey, he's free from pain and sorrow and in the presence of the Lord. What a comfort that is. Let us all make sure we see him again there too. My dad (Bro G.D. Kierstead) wish very much that we could come and be with you, had hoped to do so; however I cannot get it off work AND my dad had a fall yesterday is quite bruised and sore (but will be ok given him). Our hearts will definitely be there with you. God bless, Deborah & Sameh Haroun & Bro G.D. Kierstead
