Obituary of Elizabeth Allan

ALLAN, Elizabeth (nee Scott) 1921-2010 Formerly of Braeside, Ontario. It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Elizabeth (Betty) at Versa Care Centre on Monday, March 1, 2010 in her 90th year. Betty was predeceased by her loving husband Merville (2003) for 50 years, by her sisters Peggy Clements (2006) and Pat Poole (2008) and by her parents Gordon (1966) and Sarah (1983) Scott. She is survived by her daughter Jane Mason of Galt. Sister of Barbara Sparham (Edward) of Hamilton. Grandmother of Rhonda and Robert of Kenora, David and Deborah all of B.C. Great-Gramma to Melissa of Brockville, Bradley of Ingleside and Cory and Cody of Ontario, Great-great-Gramma of Hunter and Chelsea. She will be missed by nieces Janet Chasse (Bill), Joyce Hocevar (Tony) by nephew Jerry Francis (Nicole) and by friend Gayle Young of Braeside. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In Betty’s memory, donations to Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. (Donald V.
