Obituary of Olive Patricia Moran

MORAN, Olive Patricia "Pat" Suddenly but peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2015, at Shalom Village. Olive Patricia (Pat) Moran, formerly of Stoney Creek passed away in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Bernard (Barney) Moran. Precious mother of Bruce (Paulina), Gary (Caroline), and Kathy Shea (Greg), loving grandmother to Joel (Rose), Ryan, Rachel and Bridget and great-grandmother to Sophia. The family would like to thank the staff at Shalom Village for the exceptional care Pat received. It made a difference. She loved her little apartment and the view of her flowers. Pat took great pride in her family and cherished family gatherings right to the end. Friends and family are invited to remember Pat on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek. Service to be held Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Mountview Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to Shalom Village or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
