Obituary of Nora Mazzon

Passed away peacefully at her home in Grimsby on August 7, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 20, 1934 in New Waterford, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Daughter of the late Tom and Mammie McNeil. Beloved wife of 50 plus years to Bruno Mazzon. Loving mother to Mable, Phil, JoAnn, Becky, Gus and Ray. Cherished grammy to D.J., Joel, Rachelle, Jared, Chantelle, Mike, Laura, Melissa, Gussy, Katelyn, Courtney and Dylan. Also survived by 11 great-grandchildren. Loving sister to Gloria (Sonny), Becky (Paul), Trisha, Gail, Frank (Debbie), Tom (Sharon), Gloria, Ron (Roxanne). She was predeceased by her sister Helen and brothers Mickey, E.J. and Ray. Many thanks to the staff at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Adrienne’s wish was to be cremated. A graveside funeral service will be held at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery, Mud St. and 6th Rd E., Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, August 11 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
