Obituary of Marilyn Gowland

Peacefully at Extendicare LTC on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, in her 77th year. Long-time companion of the late Albert Docherty. Dear sister of Doug and Carolyn (Kelley). Predeceased by her sister Shirley Lecbowicz. Loved aunt of Sandra Lechowicz and daughter Sarah, Jeffrey Lechowicz, Eric Gowland (Antoinette Lucchese), Mark Gowland, Krysia Lynes. Great-aunt of Jeneil and Jessie Lechowicz, Holly, Nick and Aaron Gowland, Danny Lynes, Filomena, Michela and Giuliana Lucchese. Marilyn was a retired R.N. at Chedoke Hospital. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday from 7-9 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
