To Carlotta's children and their families as well as the Foley and Arsenault families I wish to offer you my sincere condolences on the loss of such a kind and beautiful person. She was an amazing friend growing up through our school years. I was so grateful to have been able to spend a bit of time with her when she visited Gatineau a while back.
