Obituary of Grayce Clarke

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Grayce on May 29, 2015. Loving mother of Brian Ito, Dawn Milko (Norman) and special mom to Donna Tutton and loving wife and soul mate of Ivan for over 40 years. Proud grandmother of Casey, Victoria and Mikey. Born one of four daughters to Ruth and John Shinohara in Vancouver B.C., raised in Assiniboia Saskatchewan, later moving to Hamilton. Survived by sisters Shirley (Calgary), Eleanor (Hamilton) and predeceased by sister Pat (Edmonton). A retired nail, wire and fence salesperson for Stelco. Grayce loved to entertain where she would display her exemplary culinary talents for family and friends. She will be remembered for being very kind, compassionate and friendly and was loved by all. Special thanks to those at the Juravinski Cancer Centre and Hospital, especially Leny, for being so kind to Grayce during her stay. In Grayce’s memory, the family requests that you please donate the “Gift of Life” at a blood donor clinic of your choice, so that others may receive the same gift which was given to her. A private family service has been held followed by Cremation.
