Obituary of Konstantina Grigoriadis

Peacefully, on June 12, 2015 at her residence in Stoney Creek at the age of 104. Konstantina passed away with her loving family at her side. Loving mother to 6 children, 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 4-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.
