Obituary of Patricia MacDonald

After a short illness at Juravinski Hospital on June 6, 2015 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas (2012). Dear mother of Patricia (Jim) and Kyle. Loving grandmother of Curtis, Matthew (Juliann), Cassie (Dave), Andrew, Iain, Avery and great-grandmother of Jack. Special thanks to Dr. Patel and the nursing staff at Juravinski Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, September 19, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
