Dear Family, I just learned late this afternoon of your loss. Dad, John W. Tillman told me today. We are shocked and saddened by John's passing. YOU NEVER SAID GOODBYE You never said I'm leaving, You never said goodbye. You were gone before i knew it, And only God knew why. A million times i needed you, A million times I cried. If love alone could have saved you, You never would of died. In life i loved you dearly, In death I love you still. In my heart you hold a place, That no one could ever fill. It broke my heart to lose you, But you didn't go alone. For part of me went with you, The day God took you home. John i can't believe you are gone and i will never see or hear your voice again :( my heart is shattered that it will never be the same. We were so different yet so much the same, and i will forever love you and i know you will do the same. We had a bond that is now broken and it can never be repaired, but one day we will meet again and you will be waiting there. Jeff and I are so sorry for the loss of John. He was a very kind and gentle person. The last time he was at our house I almost didn't recognize him with that big bushy beard he had. Lol. To Aunt Bev, Donald, Brenda, Carrie, and Tracey we send our heartfelt condolences. Uncle Daryl, Aunt Tilly and Uncle Jack will be there to help him find his way. We are so sorry that we didn't make the funeral, but we didn't hear about his passing until today, and we certainly wanted to be there for the family.
