Very few people have had as much influence on my life as Ruth Ralph. She provided all of us with a living example of what it meant to be a Christian. She was a woman "indeed in whom was no guile". I will always think of her lovingly and fondly and am very appreciative her life and what she gave to us all. I trusted her as much as I did my own mother, because I knew she loved me. She was a gift from God to us all and for that I will be forever thankful.

Carol and I wish to send our condolences from Tokyo. Everyone feels a sense of loss at her passing, and for us one aspect would be the loss of a faithful prayer warrior, as well as someone who has always been supportive and a model since my earliest days. A full life, well lived.

I love you so much, Gramma. I love how you celebrated people and how you remained engaged with us right to the end of your time on earth. My husband and children love you; we are rich in family, in memories and in the legacy of faith you have left. Save me a spot in heaven; we will have some catching up to do.

Such a loving, lovely lady that the Lord had loaned to us. She knew Matthew 25 and lived it well, "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me. At a time in my life when I struggled most with poverty and lived in greatest fear of judgement, she showed me unconditional love and compassion. I have a heavy heart for all who will miss her, and share in the blessing of all who anticipate the day when we will be reunited in our Heavenly home! Thankful to the Lord for such wonderful mercies - praying at this time for His comfort and strength to surround these loved ones in the days ahead.

Dear Ralph and family; I always looked forward to seeing you at seniors on Tuesday and the hugs and words of blessing that you gave me and over the many, many years at Stoney Creek Alliance church, there will be a void there on Tuesday mornings and I will miss your hugs but rejoicing in your homecoming with your Lord and savior.Lois Journeay

Thinking back almost 35 years, sitting around a dining room table and Ruth Ralph leading a Bible Study... I accepted the Lord as my Saviour that day and never looked back! I attended Stoney Creek Alliance Church for a couple of years as a young adult and moved on for work and school, have been married to a committed Christian man for 30 years, and our 21year old son has had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home - what a beautiful legacy since that first encounter with Ruth. Ruth was a faithful Godly woman who planted spiritual seeds and mentored so many individuals along her journey and I was truly blessed to have been a recipient of her ministry.

Beloved grandmother and great grandmother. A woman who loved me unconditionally and was always proud of me. Even when I was an adult she would show me off to her friends. Her love and her faith has helped to make me who I am. My children felt loved, valued and celebrated by her. Her faith has been made complete and all that was wrong has been made right. A dearly loved woman who will be missed. We will meet again.
