Obituary of Paul Robert Beamer

Passed away peacefully on May 9, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Villa at the age of 87. Best friend and beloved husband for the past 68 years to Edith Irene (nee Smith). Cherished father of Connie Prowse, Deb Unger (Don), Dan (Bidsy) and Albert (Ginny). Devoted grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Paul was the owner/operator of P. Beamer & Sons Trucking and a dispatcher with Tallman Transports Limited. Special thanks to the staff of A.L.C. Unit at St. Joseph’s Healthcare and the staff on Pinegrove Nursing Unit at St. Joseph’s Villa. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, May 11, 2014 from 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday May 12, 2014 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
