Obituary of Percy Neil Shuker

At the Hamilton General Hospital, on Sunday, May 4, 2014, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Nancy (Oldfield). Loving father of Tony and his wife Megan, Joe and his wife Alissa. Cherished grandfather of Allison, Miles, Jacob, Caleb and Maya. Dear brother of Roy and his wife Ruth Ann, Margaret and her husband Elmer Dippel and Glenn and his wife Linda. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Neil was a lifelong resident and farmer in Vinemount. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, May 7 at 1:30 p.m. Interment Tapleytown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps Memorial Bursary would be appreciated. The money donated will go towards providing funds for talented young musicians to perform in an multinational ensemble, learn from highly accredited instructors, and travel throughout The United States.
