Obituary of Doris Valcour- Vanderborden

After a brief illness on April 13, 2014 at the Hamilton General Hospital in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her husband Eric Valcour (1981) and Arie Vanderborden (1993). Cherished mother of Bill (Linda), Diane McCallum (Danny), and the late Eleanor (Bob Glavaz), Arie Jr. (Janice), Willie (Vern), Sara (Vern), Marian (Franc), Erna (the late Danny) and Debbie (William). Granny will be missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Doris was a gentle person who loved her family and enjoyed the simple things in life. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. only. Doris’s Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Mountview Gardens.
