Obituary of George Thomas O'Neill

Passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Juravinski Hospital after a brief illness in his 80th year. Loving husband to Gayle for 57 years. Dear father of Carolyn Wilson (John), Kathleen O’Neill, and Maureen O’Neill. George is predeceased by his son Michael O’Neill (2008). Cherished grandfather to Johnny and Becca Wilson, Jennifer, Jessica, Ryan, Dawn, Jarryd, Joel, and Aaron O’Neill. Great-grandfather of Steven, Cooper, Danielle, and Tyreon. Beloved brother to David and Judy of Welland, and Richard of Alden, New York. George is predeceased by brothers Murray, Maurice, and Jack, along with sisters Florence and Frances. He will be sadly missed by Samantha and Tom Hernden, along with their children Dillon, Travis, Ty, and Jayden. A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of George will be held at Rymal Road Community Church, 1967 Rymal Road (at Fletchers Rd.) on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 11 a.m. Visitation to take place one hour prior.
