Obituary of Verna Coles

COLES, Verna (nee Anderson) April 15, 1922 - November 19, 2012 In her 91st year, Verna passed away peacefully at Ridgeview Long Term Care on Monday, November 19th, to now join the one love of her life, husband William (2001). Verna is survived by her sister Ruth (Mitchell) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Albert and Dora Anderson, brother Albert Harold Anderson, sister Madeline (Goldsmith), Marjorie (Coles), Edna (Coles), Lily (Skene), Irene (Oliphant), Beulah (Marshall), Anna May (Duexbury), and Phyllis Anderson. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Graveside Funeral Service will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1895 Main St. West, Hamilton on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at 10 a.m. Special thanks to Ridgeview staff for their compassion and care.
