Obituary of David Clinch

CLINCH, David On December 25, 2008, after a lengthy and courageous battle, David was received into the arms of His Lord, at his home surrounded by his loving family, in his 68th year. Beloved husband of Karen Brown. Loving father of Craig, Brad, Stan and his wife Allyson and George. Dear grandpa of Madison and Jordan. Dear brother of Barb and her husband Dave Dunbar of B.C., Ethel and her husband Don Arnold, Marjorie and her husband Gord Mason and sister-in-law Martha, all of the Hamilton area. Predeceased by his brother Paul. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. David was retired from the City of Hamilton and had worked for Symphony Limo. Special thanks to Dr. Ellis and his Nurse Sally and Velvet of the V.O.N. for all of their compassion and care. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday December 29th at 11 a.m. at Paramount Drive Alliance Church (Mud St. and Paramount Dr.) Cremation to follow.
