Tony and Kris, You have endured huge losses as a family, losses that most of us could never comprehend. Mike and Pat were wonderful people and we loved Justin like family. Our hearts and prayers are with you both at his time of loss. Hold on to each other and draw strength from knowing how many people loved him and were touched by his beautiful soul. I went to school with Justin from JK through high school. I haven't seen or spoken to him since that time, but I believe that a person remains the same at their core. The Justin I knew was a gentle and jovial soul. A man of few words, with a larger-than-life smile. He was part of the fabric of my childhood and adolescence, and to see a thread of that shared experience tugged away so suddenly is jarring and saddening. My heart and sincerest condolences go out to the DiCenzo family, who have already experienced such loss. In my memory, Justin will forever be a boy of 13, sitting in the back of our grade 8 class, bobbing his head to some internal beat only he could hear, but all of us intuitively knew was a good one. He was one of the good ones.
