Obituary of Yolande Marie Chiasson

CHIASSON, Yolande Marie December 5, 1951 - November 28, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yolande, after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be greatly missed by her sister Annette (Ron) Stacey, her nephews Scott (Jenn) and Don (Kathleen), their children, Jacob, Megan, Ava, Max and her special "Dad", Art Stacey. She is also survived by her brothers William and Peter (Laura) and their children. Predeceased by her mother Jeanne Stacey and her father Alex Chiasson. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis Xavier Church, 304 Hwy. #8, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, December 2nd at 1:00 p.m., with visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the church hall. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, (905-662-2948). The family is extremely grateful to the Community Living staff, and especially those at Tufford Road group residence. Their excellent care and compassion enabled Yolande to spend her final days at home.
