Obituary of Leopold George Cherkewski

CHERKEWSKI, Leopold George (Leo) Suddenly at the Hamilton General Hospital, on Monday, May 16, 2011 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Beverley Anne. Loving father of Lori and her husband Daryll Smith and Larry Cherkewski. Cherished Opa of Rachael and Marcus. Also survived by many family members in Germany. Leo was a retired employee of Procter and Gamble with 25 years of service. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to a time of visitation at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, May 20 from 2-4 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
