Obituary of Edwin Hammond

Peacefully on February 17, 2014 at St.Peter’s at Chedoke Residence in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Gwendolyn (nee Dexter). Loving father of Ted Jr. Loved grandfather of Michelle and her husband Tony Loregio, and Rogie Hammond (Sarah Nethercott). Ted Sr. was a WWII veteran and a long time employee of Stelco. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, February 20 from 10 a.m. until the time of service in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
