Obituary of Hazel Annie Tozzi

Peacefully passed away on Friday, January 31, 2014 at West Haldimand Memorial Hospital. Reunited by God with her loving husband Ronnie. She will be sadly missed by many people. Her son Christopher (Lori), her three loving grandchildren, Tessla, Savannah, Rayne, nieces, nephews and friends who loved her very much. A special thanks to the angels of W.H.M.H. whose compassion helped Hazel and the family through a difficult week. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Private graveside service to be held at a later date.
