Lino's parents and our parents were very good friends. The Savelli Family was a beautiful big one with eight sons, and one daughter, and they all lived in a very large home on Gibson street in Hamilton. They were beautiful times when life was simple but happy and meaningful, and everyone co operated for the good of the family. Love and respect for each other, hard work, faith and moral values were first and foremost. In spite of the many obstacles of the era, Mr and Mrs Savelli worked very hard to successfully raise their family in peace and harmony. Lino and his siblings were a product of very fine people, and went on to carry those values into their own families. The descendants of these very good people can be very proud of their roots. To Lino, your brothers and parents who are with you...Thanks for the memories......May you all rest in peace!
