Mark and Kimberley posted a condolence
Saturday, January 18, 2014
Dear Bev, Kim, Dave, Emily, Bradley and Abby, Sorry for your loss of a husband, father and grandfather. When I think of Ian, I think of how he enjoyed to talk about anything in the news, but especially business. He was full of ideas, but mostly liked to laugh about the humour in the stories. You could not attend an event with him for long without hearing his laugh. Thinking of you today as you celebrate his life and fondly remember him. May God give each of you a sense of peace and comfort today and in the days ahead.

Cathy (Gillies) Krumins posted a condolence
Thursday, January 16, 2014
Dear Aunt Bev, Kimberley and Family, I was very sorry to hear of Ian's passing. I always looked forward to seeing Uncle Ian whenever I was visiting the Toronto area. He usually had an amusing anecdote or interesting story to tell, and his presence enriched every family gathering I attended. In addition to being a great storyteller, he was a skilled listener too, asking after my family in Alberta. Amanda and Jaime had the opportunity to become acquainted with their great-Uncle when they were attending university in Ontario, and would say ''he looks so much like Grandpa" (Ian's late brother, Allan). On behalf of myself and my family, please accept our deepest condolences.
