Obituary of Robert (Bob) Thomas Caldwell

CALDWELL, Robert Thomas (Bob) At the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday, December 26, 2008 in his 76th year. Robert Caldwell, predeceased by his wife Rosalie Aileen and best friend of Amy Stacey. Dear father of Pam, Danny (Bea), Albert, Susan (Mike), Roberta (Sam) and Jeff (Nancy). Loving grandfather of Jason, Wayne, Melanie, Darrell, Chris, Matthew, Jonathan, Destiny, Amy, Gina, Michael, Teresa and Andrew. Great-grandfather of Kaidyn. Brother of Elsie, Nora and George. Predeceased by his sister Eva. Also surviving are many nephews and nieces. Bob was a retired employee of V.F.T. (Domtar) with 35 years of service, a member of the R.H.L.I. Club and a former member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 58. The family will receive friends at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
