Obituary of Maria Buta

BUTA, Maria Born in Romania in 1923, passed away peacefully at Ridgeview L.T.C. with her family by her side, on Monday, June 20, 2011, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Gheorghe Sr. Loving mother of Gheorghe and his wife Maria and Elena and her husband John Biliboaca. Dear grandma of Anca and her husband Dennis, Nora, Bogdan and John and great-grandchildren Christian and Natalie. Also survived by her sister Elena and nieces and nephews all in Romania. Special thanks to all of the Staff at Ridgeview L.T.C. for their compassion and care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 7 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, June 23rd at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mountview Gardens.
