Obituary of Elizabeth Burton

BURTON, Elizabeth Peacefully, at Shalom Village in Hamilton on Friday, March 19, 2010 in her 79th year. Loving mother of Tim, Rob (Adele) and Kim (Mike). Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Amanda, and Charles. Elizabeth was a well known ceramic artist and former owner of Creative House of Ceramics in Streetsville, Ontario, She was also a former member of the Streetsville Chamber of Commerce, Former leader of Girl Guides of Canada and an avid golfer. Special thanks to the loving and caring staff of Shalom Village, and to Dr. Oliver who ensured Elizabeth’s final days were comfortable. Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Shalom Village (70 Macklin St. N.
