BUONO, Anthony Joseph - At the Henderson General Hospital on Friday, October 5, 2007, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Maria, the late Rosemary and the late Frances Buono. Loved father of Richard (Sharon), Paul (Susan), Valerie (Greg Sather), and loving grandfather of Anthony (Tina), Stuart (Robin), Teresa (Marc), Ellery (Chantelle), Nicholas (Samantha), Natalie (Adam), and great-grandfather of Mikylie, Carter, and Logan and William. Loved stepfather of John, Vivian (Steve Michenko), Valerie (Mike Turco), Julia (David Fedak) and loving step-grandfather of Stephen, Daniel, Vanessa, Sarah, Luciano, Hunter, Scotty, Ethan and Marcello. Predeceased by his first grandchild Alicia, and his sister Teresa. Anthony was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 22, 1921 to Lucy and Rocco Buono. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, October 9th from 10 a.m. until time of the Memorial Service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to take place at a later date.
