Obituary of Catherine E. Buckley-Harling

BUCKLEY-HARLING, Catherine E. (nee Montpetit) Passed away at Ridgeview Longterm Care Centre on Sunday, December 23, 2007, at the age of 84. Born and raised in Tilbury, Ontario, daughter of the late Albert Montpetit and Capitola Palmer, Predeceased by husbands Norman J. Buckley (1954) and Kenneth M. Harling (1994). Loving mother of John W. Buckley (Rada) of Stoney Creek and Barry M. Buckley (Peggy) of Hamilton. Dear grandmother of James J. Buckley. Catherine is survived by her brother Raymond Montpetit of Ottawa and sisters Sadie Rondot and Donna Laporte, both of Windsor. Catherine was a long time employee and retiree of Union Gas Ltd., in both Chatham and London, Ontario. Family and friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord Parish, at the corner of Barton and Nash, on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Tilbury, Ontario.
