Obituary of Muriel Mary Brown

BROWN, Muriel Mary Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, July 1, 2013, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late William Graham Brown. Loved mother of Lori Brown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dear sister of Olga, Nellie, Victoria and William and will be missed by her loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by her parents Roy and Mary; sister, Ethel and brother-in-law Harry; and brother-in-law James Drysdale. Muriel enjoyed dancing, sewing and cooking. Muriel and William moved to Fort Lauderdale where she worked for Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Ramsey for 20 years before returning to Hamilton. A Memorial Service will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
