Obituary of Janke "Jane" Brouwer

BROUWER, Janke "Jane" May 12, 1943 - November 30, 2008 Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Pine Villa Nursing Home on Sunday, November 30, 2008. Devoted mother of Gerald and Robin, Sharon and her husband Bob Ivanco. Loving grandmother of Corey, Carleigh, Holly, Taylor and Skeeter. Dear sister of Cor (Lisa), Lucy (Ted), Phyllis (Bob), Ann (Roger), John and Elly (Ron). Will be fondly remembered by Carl Brouwer, her special friend Christa, as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Pine Villa Nursing Home, 490 Hwy. 8, Stoney Creek, ON L8G 1G6, would be appreciated by the family.
