Obituary of John Gordon Zaharia

ZAHARIA, John Gordon (Veteran of World War II having served with P.P.C.L.I. and R.C.C.S. and a retired employee of Dominion Glass) At the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, in his 90th year. John Zaharia, loving husband for 62 years of Mildred. Dear father of Lois and her husband Raymond Kearney and Berna and her husband Gerry Neville. Also surviving are four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A private Family Service will take place. Special thanks to all of the talented Doctors and Nurses who cared for our husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Dad will be missed by all his friends at Eastgate Mall, especially Mary Gowland. In his memory, donations to The Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated by his family. Donald V.
