Obituary of Ernest George Wright

WRIGHT, Ernest George At Juravinski Hospital on Sunday, June 26, 2011, in his 89th year. Beloved husband for 55 years of the late Barbara Wright (2007). Loved father of Linda Adams, Carol Tinson (Walt), Christine (Don Downie), Keith (Linda), and Roy (Kelly). Cherished grandfather of Art (Enrica), Brent (Sarah), Heather, Collin (Jenn), Jenn (Andrew), Leah (Dave), Maegan, Nicole (Justin), Jeremy, Maddy, Carley and great-grandchildren Kyra, Lorelei, Cameron, Lucas, Katrina, Connor and Jackson. Dear brother of the late Roy Wright of England. Ernie was a member of the local Steel Workers 1005 and of the First Reconnaissance Corps of the British Army. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, June 28th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation to follow.
