Obituary of Helena Wedge

WEDGE, Helena At the Juravinski Hospital, on Monday, March 19, 2012, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon. Dear mother of Donna Rapien, Seaforth, Sharon and her husband Bob Zavitz, Burlington, Brenda Wedge and her friend Allan, Lamont, Alberta. Dear Grandmother of Derek, Heather (Rob), Darryl (Sandy), Craig (Amanda) and Shannon (Darryl). Dear Great-Grandmother of Jack, Clint, Owen, Jasper, Helena, Logan, Evan, Lucas and Nathan. Helena was a Member of Club 60 Stoney Creek and will be missed by the many friends that she made. We wish to thank the Nurses and Doctor’s at the Juravinski cancer ward for their kind and compassionate care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, March 23rd at 11 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
