Dear Grandma - I will always cherish my childhood and the weekends I spent with you and Grandpa and Uncle Wayne. I loved getting all dressed up in our Sunday best for church and then coming home for breakfast. Then it was either off visiting in Brantford, or shopping, or just spending time at home. I remember watching the Lawrence Welk show and Bob Hope, listening to 8 track tapes on the stereo, playing cards and doing puzzles. I remember Easter and Christmas was always a special time with the celebrations at church, our Easter bonnets and your wonderful cooking and baking - pierogies, cabbage rolls, kapusta, all the wonderful Polish foods. Your home was always filled with family and laughter, whether it was card night with the aunts and uncles or family get togethers, we always had good times.
Thank you for the wonderful memories, your love and all that we shared. I will miss you Grandma. Love Nicole
