Obituary of Shirley Wall

WALL, Shirley After a three month battle with lung cancer, on Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Hamilton General Hospital, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Kenneth for 40 years. Loved sister of Mary Driscoll of Whitby. Cherished aunt of Cheryl, Pamela, Jennifer and Catherine. Her many years of teaching for the Catholic School board in Burlington, Scarborough and Hamilton will leave a lasting legacy with her many students. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, August 1 from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, August 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers Monday, August 1 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord Parish (corner of Barton St. and Nash Rd.) on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 9 a.m. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
